Polite Notice For Cancellations
- Less than 24hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Clients who have missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay the full amount of the service for future bookings that is non refundable.
I am a small business where currently I work part time. I need to book childcare around my bookings therefore need as much notice as possible in order to be able to plan for this. Thank you. Cheymoon O’Reilly
